Next Steps
- Provide focused guidance on how to make and maintain friendships. Use restorative practices to teach conflict resolution (connection circles, peer mediation, restorative circles, etc.) to build student capacity in problem solving.
- Conduct a student interest survey, extend after school opportunities based on student interest, and integrate interest and interactive activities into district curriculum.
- Survey staff to determine work stressors, incorporate work-life fit into staff team building and professional learning communities (PLC), and provide tips in weekly communication with staff.
